Cop Punches Victim (US Soldier) for Complaining It Took Them 45 Minutes ...

The ABC7 News I-Team has uncovered a new complaint of excessive force against Vallejo police -- the incident, caught on camera. The department is already reeling after a violent year, including six people shot and killed by officers.

The more I dig, the more questions I have. This story began when a package arrived in the mail from someone inside the department. It was a DVD, a police report, and a letter complaining about a "cowboy attitude" by officers and command staff.

  2. That gestapo just gave jarheads a bad name. Yeah, they can kick ass, but he did escalate the situation first by stepping up on the doggie reservist. The doggie also shouldn't have spoke with him in the manner that he did. What gives? When I was a service member, we used to train discipline and bearing, neither of which were being shown by either party in the video.

  3. This seems to be the norm and if it wasn't on camera it would never get a second look. You have to thread lightly with a cop as they will find a way to "get even or worst" if they feel you challenge there authority. They should show great restraint as a police officer, but good luck. Your only hope or luck is a video camera, but even that they will find a way. These videos come in way too often and the bad part is ....just imagine how many encounters don't get caught on tape.
